The DESCA Core Group makes the DESCA Model Consortium Agreement available without charge to any and all actual and potential Framework Programme proposers, projects and participants for them to use as they see fit, on their own entire responsibility and without any warranty being given or implied.

The DESCA Core Group recognizes that users of the DESCA Model Consortium Agreement may wish to adapt the original DESCA texts to their own needs and accordingly invites them, in the interests of transparency and integrity, to freely and clearly indicate to their actual or potential partners the adaptations which they have made.
