After 3 years of experience with FP7 projects, DESCA developed an electronic questionnaire to invite stakeholders to provide their opinion on how the DESCA model worked in practice and whether improvements were needed. Answers to this questionnaire served as a basis for improvement of the DESCA 2.0 model.

The DESCA 3.0 model takes into account feedback received during the consultation.
