Assistance with Consortium Agreement Issues

DESCA is an entirely self-financed project. The Core Group members are volunteers, some of whom perform their DESCA duties in their own time.

The DESCA Core Group’s essential task is to provide and maintain the DESCA Model Consortium Agreement. DESCA does not offer a Help Desk service. Anyone wishing for advice or assistance on Consortium Agreement issues may wish to go to the IPR Helpdesk Helpline, their National Contact Point for legal and financial matters or other national contact person.
